1. The service

4u.fyi ("we", "us") operates a URL shortening service that creates short links (4u.fyi/alias) pointing to destination URLs, and provides related features including click analytics, QR codes, expiration, and click limits (the "Service").

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to create spam or deceptive content, to infringe intellectual property rights, or in any way that could harm the Service or third parties. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

4. Your links

You retain ownership of the destination URLs you specify. We do not take ownership of your content, but we may review links for abuse. Links and their associated data are tied to your account.

5. Analytics and privacy

Click analytics collect technical information such as referrer, user agent, and a hashed IP address, and are used solely to power the analytics features you enable. We do not sell click data. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
